unpleasant odor

Upon entering the queen suite, I was surprised by the

Spaciousness and cleanliness. I quickly noticed a foul odor that lingered throughout the stay, uncomfortable. The staff did their best to address my concerns, though.

The rooms were cool and amazingly comfortable with a real bed as well as fans, I really enjoyed that. The hotel had a particularly good and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Further, it was short walk to restaurants and the store and Texas.

The queen suite felt clean and inviting. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated their helpfulness. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, a big plus. I faced some inconvenience with the amenities. There were no dishes in the kitchenette, and I needed to purchase them separately for $45. No coffee pot available either, disappointing. The front desk staff were friendly, but I often had to wait for assistance as they weren't always available. A decent stay, but I expected more from a suite such as this.

Couples seeking simplicity

Check in was easy, and the staff had a friendly vibe. I had a comfy bed and everything was clean. Hot water was hot, and the water pressure was top notch. Plus, the assistant manager, Cecelia, was attentive and helped me with anything I needed .

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the service, it was acceptable.
